Team Records:
St. Paul 8-2
Woodlawn 6-3
Ben Franklin 8-2-1
The 1989-1990 season was the first year that teams were split into two division. I could not find in newspaper archives
the score to the Final nor the two teams' records.
Episcopal School of Acadiana made it to its first of three Finals, of which they won only this one. Vandebilt made an
appearance to its first of four state title games, of which they won two.
St. Paul's made it to its first Semifinal and last until it made it to the Finals in 1996-1997. Ben Franklin appeared
in its first Semifinal since 1986 and would appear in the Semifinals three more times, however, never making it to
the Finals as they had in 1986 when they lost to LISA champ, Slidell.
